Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the remote gambling services made available through the website betuzca.com under the brand "Bet Us" for the UK-facing configuration referred to as Bet Us (together, the "Website" or the "Service"). These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and apply, as a supplemental document, to any person who accesses information about the Service from within the United Kingdom.

Important UK restriction: The operator of betuzca.com is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. The United Kingdom is treated as a restricted jurisdiction, and the gambling services on betuzca.com are not lawfully available to persons located in, or ordinarily resident in, the UK. Nothing in these Terms grants UK residents the right to open or maintain an account or to place any bet or wager on the Website. Any attempt to access or use the gambling services from the UK, including through VPNs or other masking technologies, is prohibited and may be unlawful under UK law.

By accessing or using the Website (other than for purely informational purposes from a restricted jurisdiction), you confirm that you are physically located in, and legally resident in, a jurisdiction in which remote gambling with the operator is lawful and that you accept these Terms, the main Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy and any other policies referenced on betuzca.com.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

  • Operator: The offshore entity that owns and/or operates the Website and the Bet Us brand via betuzca.com, generally described as based in Costa Rica and/or Curaçao and/or licensed (or claiming to be licensed) in Curaçao and Anjouan, Union of Comoros. No United Kingdom office or legal presence is maintained.
  • Website: The online platform accessible via betuzca.com and any related mobile versions, applications, subdomains or mirror sites through which the Operator offers remote gambling services under the Bet Us brand and the configuration known as Bet Us.
  • User: Any natural person who accesses the Website for any purpose, including viewing content, opening an account, placing Bets, claiming Bonuses or contacting customer support.
  • Player: A User who has successfully registered a Player Account on the Website, passed any required verification and is permitted by the Operator to place Bets. For the avoidance of doubt, residents of, or persons located in, the United Kingdom must not become Players.
  • Player Account: The personal account opened by a Player with the Operator on the Website for the purpose of participating in games, placing Bets, holding funds and managing settings.
  • Bet / Wager: Any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live casino game, virtual game or any other product offered on the Website, whether for real money or, where applicable, using Bonus funds.
  • Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, matched deposit, cashback, loyalty reward or similar benefit granted by the Operator to a Player subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements and time limits.
  • Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by the Player and any winnings derived from such funds that are not subject to wagering requirements.
  • Bonus Balance: Funds and winnings associated with a Bonus that remain subject to wagering or other promotional conditions and which may not be withdrawn until such conditions are fulfilled.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction: Any jurisdiction in which the Operator does not lawfully offer its services or which is listed as prohibited in the Operator's main Terms and Conditions, including the United Kingdom.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity, age, residence and source-of-funds checks carried out by the Operator to confirm that a Player is eligible to use the Service and to comply with anti-money laundering and other regulatory requirements.
  • Games: All casino games, slots, table games, live dealer games, sports betting products and any other gambling or wagering products made available on the Website.
  • Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or official public holiday in the jurisdiction where the Operator is based or in the primary licensing jurisdiction (currently described as Curaçao and/or Anjouan).

Account Registration

Eligibility and age requirements

  • Age limit: You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age of majority in your country of residence) to open a Player Account and to place any Bet or Wager on the Website. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified.
  • Restricted jurisdictions: You may not open or hold a Player Account, nor use the gambling services, if you are located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom. The Operator's main Terms and Conditions treat the United Kingdom as a prohibited territory. Any account found to be linked to a UK address, UK payment method or UK IP address may be closed and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
  • Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Player Account with the Operator. Multiple accounts, including those opened using different email addresses, devices or identities, may be treated as an abuse of the Service and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Registration process

  • Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form on betuzca.com, providing a valid email address, creating a secure password and supplying accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address and, where requested, telephone number.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to the email provided at registration. Failure to complete email verification within the timeframe stated on the Website may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your registration.
  • Truthfulness of information: You warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your details through your Player Account or by contacting customer support if they change. Providing false or misleading information, including the use of a non-UK address while you are actually located in the UK, is a material breach of these Terms.

KYC verification and source-of-funds checks

  • Mandatory checks: In line with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling standards applicable in its licensing jurisdictions, the Operator conducts KYC checks. You may be required to provide copies of identification documents (such as a passport or national ID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and evidence of ownership of the payment methods used.
  • Jurisdictional consistency: Your proof of address and payment instruments must correspond to a jurisdiction in which the Operator lawfully offers its services. Given that the United Kingdom is a Restricted Jurisdiction, UK-based Users are unlikely to pass KYC checks. Detection of a UK address or other UK ties may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds in line with the Operator's core Terms.
  • Ongoing monitoring: The Operator may request updated documents or additional information at any time, including after deposits, prior to withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of deposits, Bets and withdrawals.

Account security and access

  • Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security details confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any Bet or instruction placed using your credentials will be treated as having been placed by you.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Player Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must immediately notify customer support and change your password. The Operator may temporarily lock the account while investigating.
  • Technical security: The primary domain operated by the Operator is reported to use TLS 1.3 encryption and services such as Cloudflare for DDoS protection and content delivery. While reasonable technical measures are taken to protect your data, no system is entirely secure, and you acknowledge that you use the Website at your own risk, particularly given its offshore regulatory framework.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and game participation

  • Account funding: You may place Bets only with funds that are already credited to your Player Account as Real Money Balance or as available Bonus funds. Bets not fully covered by your available balance will not be accepted.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only once it has been processed and recorded by the Operator's systems and appears in your betting or transaction history. If you are unsure whether a Bet has been accepted, you must check your history or contact customer support before placing the same Bet again.
  • Game rules: Each Game or betting product may have its own specific rules, paytables and limits published on the Website or within the Game client. In the event of any inconsistency between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific Game rules shall prevail for determining the outcome of a Bet.

Bet limits, errors and cancellations

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: The Operator may set minimum and maximum stakes for individual Games, markets or Players. These limits may vary depending on your jurisdiction, activity, payment profile and the specific product used.
  • Palpable errors: If a Bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds, limits, prices, lines or other terms due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Operator may declare such Bets void, settle them at the correct terms or otherwise correct the error, acting reasonably and in accordance with its internal procedures.
  • Cancellation by the Player: Once a Bet has been accepted, you generally cannot cancel or amend it. In rare cases where the system allows cancellation prior to the start of an event, the relevant rules displayed at the time will apply.
  • Suspension of markets: The Operator may suspend or remove markets or Games at any time, including for technical reasons, integrity concerns or regulatory considerations. Bets already placed and accepted will normally stand, unless declared void in line with these Terms.

Prohibited conduct and restricted access

  • Location masking: The use of VPNs, proxies, IP-masking technologies or any other method designed to conceal or falsify your true location, particularly to access the Website from a Restricted Jurisdiction such as the United Kingdom, is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the Operator may close your account, void Bets and confiscate funds (including deposits, winnings and Bonuses), consistent with its core Terms.
  • Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, collusion with other Players, use of automated betting bots or exploitation of software errors ("bugs") or loopholes. Suspicious activity may lead to investigation, suspension and, where justified, termination of your account and forfeiture of funds.
  • Live casino and chat conduct: In any live casino environment or chat feature, you must behave respectfully, refrain from offensive or discriminatory language, and avoid any form of harassment, spam or promotion of other services. The Operator may remove chat access, mute Users or close accounts for abusive behaviour.

Game fairness and technical interruptions

  • Randomness and game integrity: The Games are provided by third-party software suppliers that implement random number generators and game logic designed to produce fair outcomes in accordance with the applicable offshore licensing requirements (reported as Curaçao and/or Anjouan). However, the Games are not certified or supervised by the UK Gambling Commission.
  • Disconnections: If your connection is interrupted after a Bet has been accepted but before the outcome is displayed, the result will be determined by the Operator's systems and, where applicable, by the underlying game provider. Once the outcome is recorded in the Operator's systems, it is considered final.
  • System failures: In the event of system failure, malfunction or other serious technical issue, all Bets that have not been confirmed as accepted, or whose outcomes cannot be reliably reconstructed, may be declared void and stakes refunded to the extent reasonably possible.

Bonus Terms

Bonus eligibility and activation

  • Promotional offers: The Operator may, from time to time during 2025, offer Bonuses such as welcome packages, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback or loyalty rewards. The availability of specific promotions depends on your jurisdiction and account status; Players from Restricted Jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, are not eligible to claim or use Bonuses.
  • Activation conditions: Each Bonus is subject to specific terms communicated in the relevant promotion (for example, minimum deposit, bonus code entry, or opt-in). A Bonus is considered active once it has been credited to your Player Account and appears in your Bonus Balance.
  • Non-transferability: Bonuses are personal, non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or converted into cash except in accordance with the applicable promotional rules.

Wagering requirements and time limits

  • Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements, meaning that you must stake a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, or the combined amount of deposit and Bonus, before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is set out in the promotional rules.
  • Contribution of games: Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the Website.
  • Timeframes: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) from the time the Bonus is credited in 2025. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Prohibited bonus practices

  • Abuse of promotions: The following practices are considered abusive and may result in removal of Bonuses, voiding of winnings, account closure and forfeiture of funds: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged or low-risk bets designed solely to unlock Bonus funds, collaborating with other Players to exploit promotions, or using Bots or scripts to complete wagering.
  • Restricted jurisdictions and VPNs: Claiming or using any Bonus while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom, or while your true location is concealed through VPNs or other technologies, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the Operator may cancel the Bonus, void winnings and close the account.
  • Combination of offers: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses may not be combined. If multiple promotions are available, the Operator may limit you to one active Bonus at a time. Specific terms for each promotion will indicate whether it can be combined with other offers or loyalty rewards.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit methods and limits

  • Payment options: The Operator may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers and certain cryptocurrencies, depending on your jurisdiction. The exact list of available methods for 2025 is displayed within the cashier section of your Player Account.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: Payment methods issued in Restricted Jurisdictions, including UK bank cards or accounts, may be rejected or lead to further checks. The Operator may refuse deposits from or to instruments linked to addresses in the United Kingdom.
  • Fees and limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as any applicable fees or currency conversion charges, are shown in the cashier interface. Third-party providers (such as banks, card issuers or crypto exchanges) may charge their own fees or apply exchange rates beyond the Operator's control.

Withdrawals and processing times

  • Withdrawal conditions: You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance, subject to successful completion of all KYC checks, the absence of any investigation into your account and compliance with Bonus terms. The Operator may require that withdrawals be made via the same payment method and in the same currency as your original deposit where reasonably possible.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within several Business Days), but actual processing times may vary based on the volume of requests, your KYC status, the payment method used and external banking or blockchain processes. No specific service level agreement is guaranteed, and response times from support may vary.
  • Verification prior to payout: The Operator may withhold withdrawal processing until all requested documents have been provided and verified, including proof of identity, address and ownership of the relevant payment methods. Failure to cooperate may result in cancellation of the withdrawal and potential account suspension.

Refunds, chargebacks and account adjustments

  • Refunds of Bets: Bets may be voided and stakes refunded if an event is cancelled, if a palpable error is identified, if a Game malfunctions, or where otherwise required under the applicable Game rules. In such cases, the Operator will normally return the original stake to your Real Money Balance, excluding any Bonus components unless specified.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with the Operator may be treated as a breach of these Terms. The Operator may suspend or close your account, deduct chargeback amounts and any associated fees from your balance, and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
  • Confiscation in case of breach: If the Operator reasonably concludes that you have breached these Terms-particularly by using the Service from the United Kingdom or a Restricted Jurisdiction, or by using VPNs or fraudulent methods-it may confiscate part or all of your balance (including deposits, winnings and Bonuses) to the extent permitted under the main Terms and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator obligations

  • Service provision: The Operator endeavours to provide the Website and Games in a fair, reliable and secure manner, using commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity of service and to resolve technical issues that may arise.
  • Accuracy of information: While the Operator aims to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date as of 2025, it does not guarantee that all details (including licensing references, odds, statistics or promotional descriptions) are free from error. In case of inconsistency between the Website content and the official Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
  • Regulatory context: The Operator is reported to hold or claim offshore gambling licences (for example, in Curaçao and/or Anjouan) but is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. As a result, Players do not benefit from the regulatory protections, dispute resolution schemes or compensation mechanisms that would be available under UK-regulated gambling.

Exclusions of liability

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures of telecommunications, internet connectivity, software or hardware, whether on your side, on the Operator's systems or on the systems of third-party providers, provided that the Operator has acted with reasonable care.
  • Third-party services: The Website may rely on third-party payment processors, game providers, hosting, CDN and security services (including, for example, Cloudflare). The Operator is not responsible for any act, omission or failure by such third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
  • Indirect loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation arising out of your use of the Website.

Limitation and mandatory rights

  • Cap on liability: Without prejudice to the exclusions above and subject to any non-excludable rights, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single Bet, Game or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on the relevant Bet or, where applicable, the amount actually credited to or due to be credited to your Player Account as winnings in relation to that Bet, whichever is lower.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law governing these Terms. However, you acknowledge that UK consumer protection and gambling-specific statutes, and UKGC oversight, do not generally apply to the Operator as it is not UK-licensed.
  • Responsibility for compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your country of residence and location. The Operator accepts no responsibility for any breach of local law by you, particularly if you access the Website from a Restricted Jurisdiction such as the United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

  • Protected material: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, databases and underlying source code, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Brand and marks: The Bet Us trademarks, the configuration name Bet Us, logos, domain names (including betuzca.com) and other distinctive brand elements may not be used without the Operator's prior written consent, except as necessary for accessing and using the Website in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted use and restrictions

  • Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws.
  • Prohibited activities: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website or its software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law. You must not create derivative works based on the Website or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
  • Third-party content: Games and software supplied by third-party providers remain the property of those providers. Your rights in such content are limited to those required to use the Games on the Website and may be subject to additional end-user licence terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

Privacy policy and data handling

  • Reference to Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data by the Operator are governed by its Privacy Policy, which is made available via the footer or relevant sections of betuzca.com. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
  • Offshore data processing: Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including in Costa Rica, Curaçao, Anjouan or other locations where the Operator and its service providers are based. The Operator is not directly subject to UK data protection authorities such as the Information Commissioner's Office.
  • Security measures: The primary platform is reported to use current industry encryption standards, including TLS 1.3, and services such as Cloudflare for DDoS protection and content delivery. While these measures are intended to protect your data, no security system is impenetrable, and you accept the inherent risks associated with offshore online services.

Your rights and responsibilities

  • Accuracy and updates: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. You may be able to access and update certain information via your Player Account or by contacting customer support.
  • Data retention: The Operator may retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in its Privacy Policy, including for legal, regulatory and anti-fraud reasons, and for a period after account closure. Retention periods applied during 2025 are determined by the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdictions and internal policies.
  • Local law considerations: Because the Operator is not UK-licensed, your data protection rights and available remedies may differ from those under UK GDPR or equivalent legislation. You may not have access to the same enforcement mechanisms as you would against a UK-regulated operator.

Changes to Terms

Modification and notification

  • Right to update: The Operator may amend, update or supplement these Terms at any time during 2025 to reflect changes in its operations, technologies, products, risk management procedures or applicable laws in its licensing jurisdictions.
  • Notice of changes: Material changes to these Terms will normally be notified by one or more of the following methods: posting an updated version on the Website with a revised "effective date", displaying an in-site banner or pop-up, or sending an email or account message to active Players.
  • Continued use as acceptance: Your continued use of the Website after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your account and, where permitted, request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

Territorial and regulatory context

  • Offshore regulatory environment: As the Operator is licensed or claims to be licensed in offshore jurisdictions (such as Curaçao and/or Anjouan) and is not UK-licensed, changes to these Terms may be driven primarily by those jurisdictions' requirements rather than by UK law.
  • UK visitors: For persons located in the United Kingdom, this document is provided for informational purposes regarding the offshore Service and does not authorise participation in gambling on the Website. If you become aware that a change to the Terms might encourage or enable UK-based play, you must disregard such change and refrain from using the Service.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting customer support via the channels provided on betuzca.com. Subject to verification and completion of any ongoing investigations, the Operator will close your account and, where permitted, return your Real Money Balance to you via an appropriate payment method.
  • Effect of closure: On closure, you will lose access to the Website as a Player, and any active Bonuses, loyalty points or promotional benefits will normally be cancelled. These Terms will continue to apply to any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before closure.

Suspension and termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Player Account, or restrict certain features (such as deposits or withdrawals), if it reasonably suspects or determines that you have: violated these Terms or the main Terms and Conditions; attempted to use the Website from a Restricted Jurisdiction (including the United Kingdom); used VPNs or masking technologies; engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion or other criminal conduct; provided false information; or initiated unjustified chargebacks.
  • Investigations: During an investigation, the Operator may freeze your balance, prevent new Bets and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome. You may be asked to provide additional documents or explanations. Failure to cooperate may be treated as grounds for termination.
  • Consequences of serious breach: In cases of serious or repeated breach, particularly related to geo-restriction avoidance or fraud, the Operator may permanently close your account, confiscate all funds (including deposits, winnings and Bonuses) and impose a permanent ban from the Service, consistent with the restrictive clauses described in its core Terms.

Refunding funds on termination

  • Lawful termination: Where the Operator terminates your account without fault on your part (for example, due to business closure or withdrawal from your jurisdiction), it will endeavour, subject to applicable law and internal controls, to return your Real Money Balance using a reasonable method.
  • Restricted jurisdictions: If termination is due to your presence in a Restricted Jurisdiction (such as the United Kingdom) but no fraud is suspected, the Operator may, at its discretion, allow withdrawal of all or part of your Real Money Balance after reversing Bonuses. However, it is not obliged to do so where its core Terms permit forfeiture.
  • Notification: Where feasible, the Operator will notify you of suspension or termination and its reasons via email, account message or other contact methods you have provided. In some circumstances, legal or security considerations may limit the information that can be shared.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law

  • Offshore governing law: These Terms, your Player Account (if any) and all Bets and transactions on the Website are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Operator's main Terms and Conditions as the governing law (reported in the source materials as the laws of Curaçao, and/or in some instances, the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros), excluding any conflict-of-laws rules that would lead to the application of other laws.
  • UK legal position: The Operator does not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, and the United Kingdom is listed as a Restricted Jurisdiction. As such, UK gambling regulations, UKGC technical standards and UK-mandated alternative dispute resolution schemes (for example, IBAS or eCOGRA) are not available in relation to the Service.

Dispute resolution

  • Internal complaint handling: If you have a complaint about the Service, you must first contact the Operator's customer support via the channels listed on betuzca.com, providing full details of the issue. The Operator will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable time, though no specific response times are guaranteed.
  • Courts and forum: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable local law, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the offshore governing law jurisdiction identified in the Operator's main Terms and Conditions (reported as the courts of Curaçao and/or the relevant Anjouan authority).
  • No independent ADR: No independent UK-recognised Alternative Dispute Resolution body is appointed for the Service. You therefore do not have access to UK-aligned ADR schemes in the event of a dispute with the Operator.

Cross-border considerations

  • Consumer rights: Depending on your country of residence (other than the United Kingdom, from which you must not play), you may have additional consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by contract. These Terms are not intended to limit such mandatory rights.
  • UK residents: If you are located in or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, you must not use the gambling services on betuzca.com. Any access you may have made in breach of this restriction is at your own risk, and your ability to enforce these Terms in UK courts may be limited by the offshore nature of the Operator and its lack of UK licence.

Contact Information

Customer support

  • Support channels: The Operator provides customer support primarily via live chat on the Website, as well as via email and toll-free telephone numbers targeted at certain regions (for example, North America). Specific contact details and current operating hours are published on betuzca.com and may change from time to time during 2025.
  • Availability: Support is described as available on a 24/7 basis, but response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on volume and complexity of queries. Initial responses may be standardised, with escalation to senior staff where necessary.

Legal and corporate contact details

  • Registered office and mailing address: The Operator is generally described as being based in Costa Rica and/or Curaçao, but no specific registered office or mailing address is publicly specified in the available materials, and no UK office or legal presence is maintained. You should refer to the Operator's main Terms and Conditions and the contact or "About" pages on betuzca.com for any official address details that may be provided.
  • Legal correspondence: Any formal legal notices or documents should be sent to the Operator's official address or email (if disclosed in its main Terms and Conditions) and should clearly reference your Player Account details and the nature of your claim. Where no address is published, you should first contact customer support via the Website to request the appropriate contact point.
  • Website: All current contact information and documentation, including the main Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming resources applicable in 2025, can be accessed through the official Website at https://betuzca.com.
